Continually training and researching, Terren has gained a great deal of knowledge and skills within the 14 years working as a Beauty Therapist. Graduating from North Highland college in 2010, Terren has successfully worked in Ackergill tower and 2 local salons before venturing onto opening her own salon in 2019. During the 14 years working in the industry, Terren has established a large and loyal client base in Caithness and the surrounding areas.

NovaLash extensions are fast becoming one of our most requested treatments in the salon, I find the before and after transformations super rewarding. Recently, completi ng an in depth skincare course has brought a passion for facial treatments too. All our therapists are highly trained skincare specialists so you can be assured you are in safe hands. The salon is going from strength to strength and I believe that is down to the way myself and Chloe work together. We put every client at the forefront of everything we do. We believe in great treatments but also amazing customer care. We understand that beauty therapy as a whole is a luxury, but to some a luxury they can’t live without. Graduating from North Highland college in 2021, Chloe joined the team in 2021 and has since gained a growing and loyal client base in the salon. Chloe is a bubbly character and truly cares for each of our clients. Chloe is a perfectionist when it comes to performing treatments, she is passionate about all aspects of beauty and this shows with the excellent feedback we are receiving from our clients; the reviews speak for themselves. Chloe has a kind natured approach and will bring a smile to your face and certainly make your visit to the salon enjoyable. She shares her passion, enthusiasm and motivation when it comes to the salon, and this shows in her work and impeccable customer care skills.
